Liebe Kinder, liebe Jugendliche, liebe Eltern,

herzlich willkommen auf der Homepage unserer Praxis.

Wir behandeln Neugeborene bis Jugendliche bis zum 18. Geburtstag und möchten Ihren Kindern eine möglichst gute Behandlung bieten und bitten Sie deshalb darum, im Vorfeld den Anamnesebogen im Anhang auszufüllen.

Bevor Sie das erste Mal zu uns in die Praxis kommen, vereinbaren Sie immer zuerst einen Termin telefonisch unter 0711-71 31 21.

Ist Ihr Kind schon in Behandlung bei uns, können Sie auch über Doctolib einen Termin vereinbaren.

Bitte bedenken Sie die Zeitvorgabe für die Termine, die wir einhalten müssen um die Wartezeit für die PatientInnen zu verringern. Bitte beachten Sie ebenfalls die Terminart (Gespräch/Infekt/ Vorsorge).

Wenn Sie 2 Kinder vorstellen wollen, bitten wir Sie darum, einen Termin für jedes Kind einzeln zu vereinbaren.

Bitte bringen Sie zu jedem Termin die Krankenversicherungskarte, das Vorsorgeheft und das Impfbuch mit, denn so können wir Sie auch über Folgeuntersuchungen und Impfungen beraten. 

Sollten das Impfbuch und die medizinischen Dokumente ihres Kindes in einer anderen Sprache verfasst sein, bitten wir Sie darum, diese in die deutsche oder englische Sprache übersetzen zu lassen. Aufgrund des hohen Patientenaufkommens können wir die Impfbücher und Dokumente nicht miteinander übersetzen.

Sollten Sie nicht deutsch oder englisch sprechen können, bringen Sie bitte einen Dolmetscher oder eine/n gute deutsch oder englischsprechene/n Bekannte/n zur Sprechstunde mit.

Bitte bringen Sie immer alle medizinisch wichtigen Unterlagen mit:

-Krankenversicherungskarte, Impfbuch und Vorsorgeheft sowie für die Behandlung wichtige Arztbriefe/Dokumente

-ein Handtuch für Säuglinge für die Untersuchungsliege

Wir bitten Sie darum, insbesondere Vorsorgetermine einzuhalten. Sollten Sie den Vorsorgetermin nicht wahrnehmen können, bitte den Termin mindestens 24 Stunden vorher absagen, auch gerne per E-Mail. Ansonsten müssen wir Ihnen die ausgefallene Untersuchung in Rechnung stellen.

Wenn sie die Versicherungskarte nicht elektronisch einlesen lassen, müssen wir leider 30 € Pfand verlangen, die Sie selbstverständlich dann zurückbekommen, wenn Sie die Versicherungskarte im gleichen Quartal zum Einlesen vorbeibringen.

Auch Verordnungen können wir ohne Versicherungskarte nicht vornehmen. Notfalls lässt sich auch eine vorläufiger Versicherungsnachweis bei der Krankenkasse einholen.

Um unsere teilweise chronisch schwer kranken Patienten und auch Sie und Ihre Kinder sowie uns Praxispersonal zu schützen, besteht bei uns weiterhin Maskenpflicht, wenn Sie erkältet sind:

Ab 16 Jahren, Erwachsene: FFP2 Maske

Ab 6 Jahren medizinische Maske- insbesondere bei bestehenden Infekten.

Sollten Sie oder Ihr Kind coronapositiv getestet sein, dürfen Sie die Praxis nicht betreten. Bitte vereinbaren Sie einen Termin telefonisch oder per E-Mail, falls dies notwendig ist.

Wir bieten für Ihre Kinder folgende Untersuchungen an:

• Vorsorgen U2, U3, U4, U5, U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, J1 und J2.

Es werden nicht alle Vorsorgen (möglicherweise nicht U10, U11, J2) von allen Krankenkassen übernommen. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Krankenkasse.

• Entwicklungskontrollen
• Jugendschutzuntersuchungen
• Regelimpfungen und Impfberatung,
• Lungenfunktion,
• apparativer Hörtest 
• Allergietests, Beratung und Hyposensibilisierung
• Ultraschalluntersuchungen (Hüfte, Abdomen, Nieren und ableitende Harnwege)
• psychosomatische Grundversorgung
• sozialpädiatrische Beratung

und Leistungen, die nicht regulär von der Krankenkasse übernommen werden und als sogenannte IGEL- Leistungen nach GOÄ abgerechnet werden.

• Ambliopiescreening mit dem Plusoptics binokularen Photorefraktionsgerät zur Früherkennung von Sehstörungen und Medientrübungen (wird von den Krankenkassen übernommen, die an den Selektivverträgen teilnehmen)
• Sport-und Tauchuntersuchung
• Untersuchungen für Auslandsaufenthalte, Kindergarten
• Reiseberatung und Reiseimpfungen inklusive Gelbfieberimpfung.

Reiseimpfungen werden oft teilweise bis vollständig von Ihrer Krankenkasse übernommen. Dies können Sie bei Ihrer Krankenkasse erfahren. Für Impfstoff und Impfungen müssen Sie in Vorleistung gehen und die Rechnung in der Apotheke und bei uns bezahlen.

Ab Januar 2024 bieten wir Ihnen folgende Terminvereinbarungsmöglichkeiten:

Dear Children, Teens and Parents,

Welcome to our Practice Homepage.

From birth to their eighteenth birthday, we wish to offer your children the best possible care. It is helpful if you fill out the Healthcare Questionnaire in advance.

Please arrange appointment with us by telephoning 0711 71 31 21. If you can’t reach us,

you can email: kinderarztpraxislange@t-online.de

Please bring your child’s insurance card, Vaccination/Immunisation records,

yellow child’s health book (Vorsorgeheft), to each appointment. This will enable us to advise and keep your child up to date with their immunisations and health check ups.

If the health records/immunisations are in another language, please have them translated them into German or English.

If you are bringing you baby/infant/toddler to be examined please bring a small towel or blanket for the examination bed.

We particularly stress the importance of attending your arranged check up appointments (Vorsorgeuntersuchungen). If you cannot attend, please tell us 24 hours in advance (email is also fine).  These appointments have a larger amount of time reserved and if you fail to cancel we reserve the right to charge/bill you for the wasted appointment.

If you forget/ do not have a functioning insurance card at an appointment we will take a €30 security deposit. If you bring us your card within the same Quarter year you will of course be refunded in full. An insurance card is required for prescriptions. Health insurance companies can also issue a temporary proof of insurance while waiting for your card to be produced.

Private patients do not need an insurance card as charges are regulated differently.

To protect vulnerable and chronically ill patients, yourselves and our practice staff we ask the you wear a mask in the practice if you have a flu or upper airway infection diseases.

Over 16 years old: FFP2 mask

Over 6 years old: surgical/medical mask

If you or your child have tested positive for corona please do not enter the practice. Make an appointment on by telephone /email should this be necessary.

Please note that not all insurance companies offer the U10, U11 and J2 as standard. Please ask your insurance company if these examinations are covered by your insurance plan/contract.

Extra services:

These are not usually provided by the insurance companies: (so called IGEL* services) which will be charged privately at a standard regulated price:

-Amblyopia Screening (Plusoptics binocular Photorefraction device: for the early recognition of visual deficits or cataract). Some insurance companies will cover the cost. Please contact your provider.

-Sport and diving health check

-Examination for placements abroad, work placements or for Kindergarten

-travel health advice and immunizations**including yellow-fever vaccination    

-ultrasound kidney

-special blood tests

*IGeL: Individuelle Gesundheitsleistungen (Individual Health Services)

**Some immunizations may be partially or full refunded by your health insurance company.

You will however have to pay us and the drug store (Apotheke) in advance of any insurance company refund.

We will usually provide you with a private prescription to order the immunization at the drug store and you will be expected to bring the vaccine to your appointment (in a cool bag).

On Friday afternoons cover is provided on a rotation by the doctors in our area (Medidienst). The doctors practice on call and their contact data are available on Friday afternoons on our answerphone message. 

If our practice has Medidienst the practice is open from 14:00 to 19:00 and will be available by telephone.

On friday evening from 7.00 p.m.-10.00 p.m., on weekends and holyday from 9.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m. please contact the paediatric Hospital: Olgahospital Stuttgart, Kriegsbergstr.62, 70174 Stuttgart. The paediatric service, called kinderärztlicher Notdienst is responsible for your treatment. During the other times on weekends, holidays and during the night please contact the Olgahospital directly-PINA paediatric interdisciplinary emergency ambulance or by Phone 0711 278-04

Acute Appointments Daily:

We provide acute consultations during the following times for acute illness but have the right to prioritise the sickest children.

Monday to Friday : 09.00-10.00 a.m. per Doctolib or by phonecall

During these consultations we will only deal with the current illness to allow as many children to be seen as possible. For other issues/ chronic issues please arrange another appointment, this applies to other children brought along to the appointment without notice, (as long as there is no urgency).

From January 2024: please use our extra service with Doctolib to arrange online-appointments.

You can request Repeat prescriptions and Referals (Überweisungen) for Ergo- Logo- and Physiotherapy. They can be picked up in the practice on the next working day

For a first prescription, referral or request an appointment will be necessary so that we can check the necessity of the request and we can discuss the surrounding issues.
