We strive to keep waiting times short for our patients. Help us

• by making appointments in good time
• by making separate appointments for special medical examinations or lengthy consultation
• by ringing before you come, also in cases of emergency
• by early cancellation of appointments you cannot keep

Please hand over your insurance card or letter of referral at the beginning of treatment or at the beginning of a quarter. Please do not forget the yellow medical examination book and vaccination card. As a rule, we can be contacted by telephone during surgery hours. During the lunch break you can leave a message on the answerphone. We will then ring you back. During our holidays and outside surgery hours, you can obtain information about accessibility of medical help over the answerphone.
In very urgent cases, I make house visits. In such a case, please ring first thing in the morning, so as not to disturb the smooth running of our surgery.
